When working witht the above file in NC Tuner, the drill bit displayed or being used by NC Tuner is incorrect in size. When attempting to change the bit size we receive a Windows handle error 1400, and cannot get the sub menu to display correctly so that we may change the bit size.

Any ideas?

Regards,
Steve

Hi Steve, not sure on that one, I don't use NCTuner much.
It's possibly a postprocessor error, so we would need this to be able to check it. Can you make it available for download and I'll take a look for you.

Hi Dave, thanks for your response.

Is the file in the link I provided not sufficient?

Hi Steve, in order to try and duplicate the fault, it would be useful to have the postprocessor that's being used with the G-code file (supplied) as the problem may be related to this.
Do you know what version and build of NCTuner that you are running?

Dave,

We are using the most recent NCTuner available at SprutCAM. The post processor is the PCNC1100.spp, do you need this file?

Hi Steve, I believe that Sprut have found the cause of this problem and are now getting this sorted for you?
Let me know if you haven't heard back from them.
