Hi there,

NX100 controller can handle 999 points per job(program).
How can I divide big numbered posts into small numbered jobs.

Sorry, I missed your original posting.
It is possible to create output from a postprocessor into separate files. The OUTBLOCK and OUTPUT commands can define a file name for their respective data. By making the 'file name' a string variable it would be possible to create sequential output files.
Please check the postprocessor help files for more information.

Here is some sample code for you to play with. Copy and paste this into the end of the postprocessor 'Fini' program and then run the postprocessor:

Outstr$ = ""
Outstr$ = Outstr$ + "Hello "
OUTPUT "", outstr$
Outstr$ = ""
Outstr$ = Outstr$ + "World "
OUTPUT "", outstr$

This will create a new file called after the main g-code file is created which will contain:

Please note: the OUTBLOCK version of this function is not currently functional, I am assured that it will be fixed shortly.

I hope this helps.
