Gettin a strange error message on posting my code. Looking at all the numbers and they seem to add up. Anyone seen this before? My lines of code look like this;
N00130 G18(select plane xz)
N00140 G97 S1100 (Direct rpm mode)
N00150 M3
N00160 G00 G40 D01 X5.375 Z1.5938 (D01 X5.375 subtract X 2.0625 add cutter diameter of .1875 = 3.5" so far so good)
N00170 G00
N00180 G01 G94 M8 (feed/min)
N00190 F7.874
N00200 G02 X2.0625 Z3.25 K1.6563 I0. (radius value of K1.6563 times two plus cutter diameter of .1875 = 3.5" still good)
What gives?
Attached File(s)
Attached File  Pump_Plate_Test_Circular_G02.stc ( 140.07K ) Number of downloads: 42

OK Sorry, apparently it was posting my code using the lathe post instead of the mill post. I downloaded new posts properly identified as mill and lathe and ran with mill post. Code is different and looks correct. Will run part tomorrow and verify, Thanks, Pete
