One thing that I have been considering asking Sprut for is a 'Face milling' routine. I know that face milling is a simple operation, but it can still be required as a programmed operation typically in a production environment.
I would envisage this having a rough or finish option, and it would use parallel toolpaths which could have an angle (around Z) which could be applied.
It would only be used to machine the top of a workpiece.

What do you think? please feel free to add your thoughts biggrin.gif

Ok, I have asked Sprut if there are any plans for a face milling routine, and they have said that they have already got plans to implement this feature in the near future.......so that's good news cool.gif
